Responsibilities:

  • Assure revenue growth in designated accounts and prospects in line with your targets
  • Continuously bring value to your customers. Be trusted advisor to the decision makers. Build long lasting and deep executive relationships
  • 70-80% time spent on new customer acquisition, 20-30% on work with existing customers
  • New customer acquisition would include but will not be limited by the following activities:
    • Pipeline generation on top of the leads generated by Virtuozzo marketing
    • Sell to various verticals within Enterprise and Service Provider customers with particular focus on HCI portfolio
    • Explore and set up in relevant cases sales channel
    • Leverage existing and help foil new partnerships
  • With existing Virtuozzo customers:
    • Grow business with existing customers in the region - US or EMEA
    • Assure 100% retention of the key accounts
    • Upsell software products (Virtuozzo Containers, Virtuozzo Storage, Virtuozzo Infrastructure Platform), professional services and premium support
    • Assure measurable customer satisfaction growth (NPS and any other metric)
    • Be a customer advocate inside Virtuozzo assuring right prioritization and visibility of the opportunities in issues with relevant stakeholders in the company
    • Adopt innovative use cases produced by your customer base in order to let Virtuozzo marketing team create case studies, joint PR etc
  • Drive strategic accounts planning both for top existing customers and for new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ master’s degree in business, computer science, communications or equivalent job experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a software industry
  • Strong knowledge of internet technologies and web hosting products/services
  • Ability to work with data-driven sales analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking ability and the ability to set and reset priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer first attitude
  • Willing and able to travel abroad regularly

Knowledge and actual experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Experience in virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hyper V, KVM or Virtuozzo products) is a plus
  • Experience of Linux and Windows Platforms and an understanding of Networking

Language skills:

  • Fluent English
