We are looking for an experienced and highly energetic sales leader to run Virtuozzo sales, lead and grow the team, and bring company business to the next level.

In this role you will be responsible for helping to achieve the following:

  • Establishing Virtuozzo as a leader in VPS and Cloud software solutions for Hosting Providers and MSPs
  • Leading Virtuozzo’s worldwide sales team to make it the best in the world
  • Accelerating company revenue annual growth


  • Continuously grow and accelerate growth of annual recurring revenue
  • Continuously grow and accelerate growth of Virtuozzo Cloud revenue
  • Equal focus on winning new customers and growing business with existing customers
  • Enable channel partners (to serve MSPs and Enterprises) in top 20 key markets
  • Build and grow our Inside Sales team as well as our Partner Success team
  • Build strategic relationships with top customers based on our multi-year partnership vision
  • Build and implement sales growth strategy: verticals vs solutions vs channels
  • Continuously align sales with marketing and product organizations
  • Recruit, enable, guide and support regional sales directors and regional sales teams in all aspects of sales process, tactics and deal closures
  • Develop high-tickets sales practice for the key verticals for Hosting Providers and MSPs; potentially also for Telcos, ISVs and Enterprises
  • Contribute individually in new business generation and closures – lead by example
  • Continuously grow personal and team business mastery
  • Continuously grow Virtuozzo customer satisfaction and retention rate

Your main KPI’s will be the following (based on the worldwide numbers):

  • Worldwide Revenue
  • Number of new customers signed quarterly in Hosting and MSP segments
  • Total ARR
  • ARR of Virtuozzo Cloud offering
  • ARR generated with the newly signed customers
  • ARR growth with the existing customers


  • 5+ years sales leadership experience
  • Track record of hitting sales targets and multiplying revenue year over year
  • Experience in most/some of the following areas:
    • Service Provider space

    • Enterprise sales
    • Virtualization
    • People management
    • Channel management
    • Customer success experience
  • Strong forecasting skills
  • Quantitative skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Resilience, perseverance and positive attitude
  • International sales experience is preferred
