Virtuozzo is the leading provider of virtualization and cloud infrastructure software that enables service providers, ISVs and enterprises to deliver secure, robust and highly-performant private and public cloud solutions. We are looking for a key role, Product Success Manager reporting to the VP of Strategic Development.
We’re looking for someone with experience in creating GTM programs and collateral to aid our partners and customers to success, working closely with our sales team.
You will lead our customers and partners throughout their journey. You will align them on the best practices, and deliver the required collateral tools to ensure accounts are set up for success from the start, building relationships and helping them drive adoption and usage, ensuring expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement
- Develop Standard GTM package per partner profile and persona
- Develop Tailored GTM packages for top partners
- Develop Product Business Training for partners
- Help our partners extend their portfolios, adding new expertise, services and products to their business models
- Take active role in the top partners’ QBRs
- Sales Team Enablement
- Develop excellent working relationships with the Sales team
- Co-Develop sales collaterals, partnering with our Product Marketing organization:
- Data sheets
- White papers
- TCO calculators
- Product presentations
- Solutions decks
- Polished roadmap
- Competitive analysis
- Develop and provide Product Business Trainings for Sales
- Train Sales organization for consultative / GTM driven account management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10+ years of full-time professional work experience
- Prior experience in the Cloud services or Hosting industry
- Excellent analytical, listening and presentation skills
- Flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude, works well with challenging timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up. Works with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to motivate others towards common goals
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal & external briefs and reports
- Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists
- Ability to formulate and communicate strategies rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders and clients
- Technical aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with complex products or capabilities, the ideal candidate will have an existing basic understanding of Cloud and Hosting Industries
- Working proficiency with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required, experience with sales operations tools and LMS (Learning Management Systems) (Salesforce, Adobe Captivate or other) preferred
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills are a must
